EMPLOYERS SHOULD GIVE LONGER HOLIDAYS TO EMPLOYEES TO ENCOURAGE THEM TO DO THEIR JOB WELL. DO YOU AGREE OR DISAGREE?
Holidays give one a chance to get back to some of the lost relations of life and refreshes the mind which would help him/her work more effectively for their respective organisations once they get back to work. Some people believe, longer holidays shall be given to the employees that will encourage them to do their job well, however, I partly agree to this statement.
Holidays, at one end can prove to be beneficial for the organisation , but at the other end can also lead it to unacceptable and unforeseen situations. Taking a leave once in a while, to freshen up one’s mind from the day to day hectic work and focusing on their personal relations can boost his/her confidence and infuse the ability to work better than before. When a person is emotionally settled and sorted, he/she can contribute a lot more to the organisation than when he is otherwise not.
Taking a break may let you get things in place but, a prolonged leave might lead to lesser interest in work thereafter. When a person takes a longer leave from work and enjoys the life with his/her friends and family, he/she gets so much involved in the gratification and enjoyments that he starts to feel aversion towards to idea of going back to work. Day dreaming at work place about the jollification at the holiday can cause serious loss to the organisation.
To conclude, I would like to say, that yes, holidays shall be provided by the employers that will help employees work better, but there shall be a firm hand by the employer regarding the prolonged leaves.
