It would help us in so many ways and it will become easy to find any file because all of them will be stored digitally on our computers.
I am in the accounts department and I will be so grateful if you could get me enrolled in this course. It would be beneficial for our team and for the company as well. I need you to pay for the class fee and 7 days off from work so I can join the class. You can see all the details of the course on their website.
